This Nationally Accredited course provides learners with the skills and knowledge required to conduct a hazard analysis, typically called a Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), Job safety and Environmental Analysis (JSEA) or Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS).

Learning for the course includes:

• Defining the context for the hazard analysis
• Identifying hazards
• Assessing risk
• Controlling risk
• Monitoring and reviewing risk controls

The course will be delivered using a combination of classroom-based instruction and practical skills including various hazard analysis techniques.  Training will be co-ordinated from Sitetrain head office and delivered at your workplace.

Sitetrain is able to incorporate your site’s risk assessment procedures into the presentation and encourages site personnel to become familiar and comfortable with specific site requirements.
